Xyvra - contact exclusively via our Discord server.

2. Server log files

When you visit this site the web server automatically records: your IP address (anonymised after 7 days), date/time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, page requested, and referring URL.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest in technical security and stability. Retention: max. 7 days.

• xyvra_admin_sid - keeps the admin logged in (HttpOnly, deleted on logout/idle timeout)
• xyvra_did - an anonymous device identifier used only to detect repeated failed login attempts (brute-force protection); contains no personal data
• xy_cookie_ok - remembers that you dismissed this cookie notice (1 year)

Legal basis: TTDSG §25(2) No. 2 - strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent. We set no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

4. External links - Discord

This site links to the Xyvra Discord server. Once you click that link you leave our site; Discord's own Privacy Policy applies there. We have no control over Discord's data processing.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Hustensaft. Contact them directly for details on their own data processing.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).
